Real time access to status, anywhere, anytimeThe portal gives your customers real-time access from anywhere an internet connection is available. Now their schedules don't have to match the hours of operation for your company - customers can log in at their leisure and view the status of their file directly from home. Each customer is provided with a username and password to log in. All of the customer data that is managed in the system is automatically updated in the customer portal with no additional input needed from your staff.
